Acquisitions Associate

Red Dot Storage is looking for a driven Acquisitions Associate who enjoys a fast paced, fun, highly competitive environment where success is rewarded and celebrated. The Acquisitions Associate is a key role within the Company’s Acquisition Team with a specific focus on: making multiple daily outbound calls to potential prospects and sourcing potential opportunities by qualifying leads, while maintaining and updating our database. This position is expected to consistently exercise discretion, independent judgment and operate autonomously within the Acquisitions team. This position is ideal for someone that is driven, passionate, detail oriented, and interested in growing their career in the commercial real estate industry. •Researching potential leads from business directories, databases, web searches, or digital resources
•Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective sellers (utilizing Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.)
•Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
•Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
•Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential prospects
•Answering potential seller questions and follow-up call questions
•Qualifying leads to our brand standards

The Ideal Candidate:
•Desire to take on challenges with a positive attitude in a highly competitive environment
•1-2 years of experience in outbound call center or related sales experience preferred
•Excellent time management, organization skills, discretion, and extreme attention to detail
•Being courteous, collaborative, diplomatic and professional is expected
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
•Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
•Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
•Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
•Self-motivated, driven, persuasive and goal oriented
•Ability to call and take detailed and accurate notes
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
