Red Dot Storage is looking for a professional, motivated, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our headquarters near Boulder, CO

Reporting to our HR Manager, the ideal candidate for Talent Acquisition Specialist will be dynamic and articulate with an aptitude for problem solving and an ability to create, capture, and analyze talent data to drive decisions. Also essential are strong communication skills with the capacity to work well with others and clearly explain HR matters that can be confusing to employees (and candidates), such as benefit elections. While this position will primarily focus on talent acquisition, the ideal candidate will also have demonstrable experience and knowledge in other HR matters, including benefits administration, recordkeeping, familiarity with employment law, and experience with HRIS systems (specifically ATS software programs).

The candidate should be enthusiastic about the opportunity to work closely with executive management to build and strengthen our corporate culture and make significant and lasting impacts on the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:
•Full cycle recruiting, including:
o Determining staffing needs;
o Working with hiring managers to draft job descriptions;
o Promoting the job;
o Reviewing resumes;
o Scheduling interviews; and
o Gathering and retaining feedback
•Building our corporate recruiting strategy, including:
o Creating marketing materials to present the Red Dot brand favorably;
o Designing a passive recruiting strategy to enable Red Dot to attract the industry’s top talent
o Determining the most effective methods for recruitment (e.g. advertising on online job boards, social media, professional organizations, career fairs); and
•Refining our applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain momentum in recruiting and develop a deep talent pool of potential candidates to fill future openings
•Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure we are effectively solving their hiring needs
•Communicating the Red Dot brand to potential candidates as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
•Coordinating onboarding activities to create a seamless experience that allows new hires to hit the ground running
•Assisting in the administration of the employee benefits

The Ideal Candidate:
•Minimum 5–7 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
•Driven and determined with a keen ability to anticipate future project demands independently
•Excellent listening, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
•Strict focus on building trust with Red Dot employees and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
•Strong ability to accurately meet deadlines and adapt to changes within a dynamic environment
•Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels within the organization
•2–3 years of experience in a Human Resources administrative position
•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Courteous, collaborative, diplomatic, and professional
