The Software Engineer - CRM is responsible for developing, creating, and modifying specialized application software throughout our company. S/he will be tasked with analyzing company needs and developing appropriate software solutions both independently and in collaboration with external developers.
Our ideal candidate will have experience designing and customizing software for specific company and consumer use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Leadership skills are a plus as supervision of other computer programmers may be required.
Successful applicants will be well versed in research, design, development, and testing of software utilizing several programming languages. Ability and willingness to learn new languages and technologies is extremely important in this position.
●Ability to consistently produce clean, efficient code based on company needs and specifications
●Ability to integrate hardware components and third-party programs into existing and future projects
●Reliability and proficiency in verifying and deploying programs and systems
●Ability to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
●Collaborative mindset and willingness to recommend and execute improvements
●Commitment to optimization and accountability evident in creating technical documentation for reference and reporting

The Ideal Candidate:
●Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
●4+ years’ experience as a successful Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
●2+ years’ experience with CRM technologies (preferably Salesforce)
●Familiarity with APIs
●Understanding of Cloud Native software design principles
●Experience with AWS
●Well-versed in Agile, CI/CD, and automated testing methodologies
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills
●Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude coupled with focus and follow-through
