Red Dot Storage is looking for a professional, motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our Louisville, CO. team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources Generalist takes on a broad range of supportive duties within the HR department. Primarily, this position will do recruiting, but other tasks could include updates to the HRIS system, benefits administration, recordkeeping, employment law research, etcetera.

This position is ideal for someone who has a great attention to detail, is very driven to accomplish tasks, enjoys helping others, has a strong administrative ability, and wants to expand their HR knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing:
•Recruiting activities including: posting openings, fielding resumes, conducting preliminary interviews
•Conducting market research to ensure we stay competitive with our hiring and retention practices
•Assisting in the administration of the employee benefit plan
•Drafting offer letters, job descriptions, memos as needed
•Many other supportive, people-related activities
•Coordinating onboarding activities

The Ideal Candidate:
•1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources administrative position
•Excellent time management, organization skills, grammar, and attention to detail
•Ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization
•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Excellent confidentiality, listening, interpersonal, communication (written & verbal) skills
•Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
•Self-initiator and keen ability to independently anticipate future project demands
•Courteous, collaborative, diplomatic, professional
